DA Strategic Partnerships with SyroCon Consulting and EonTi

Tern Plc (AIM:TERN), the investment company specialising in the Internet of Thing (“IoT”), announces that Device Authority (“DA”), the IoT security business in which Tern has a 56.8% holding, has grown its partner network through new ecosystem partnerships with SyroCon Consulting GmbH (“SyroCon”), a leading systems integrator in the Healthcare market, and EonTi Inc (“EonTi”), a global provider of solutions and consulting services to secure IoT.

This is in line with the Company’s strategy to acquire new customers for its IoT security solutions across an array of sectors globally.

SyroCon delivers tailor-made software solutions to leading manufacturers and service providers from various industries to support their customers’ digitalization journey. A focus area is the Industrial Internet of Things. DA will work alongside SyroCon to overcome challenges in the industry surrounding identity management, trust and data security.

Eonti delivers security consulting, strategy, governance, technology and lifecycle operations management for trust infrastructure and cybersecurity implementations for various industries. Their specialties include customised implementations of public key infrastructure (“PKI”) for IoT, digital credentials for cable devices worldwide, and lifecycle management of the Smart Grid, mobile, and communications trust infrastructures. This latest partnership will see EonTi, and its sales organisation, working with Device Authority in offering cross domain PKI security solutions for IoT. Eonti provides an expert partner who can help its customers design, build and deliver automated and standards based PKI solutions for IoT, based on DA’s KeyScaler platform.

Tern CEO, Al Sisto, said: “We’re thrilled to see DA continue to build on its strategic partnerships within the IoT sector. We look forward to the new opportunities these two partnerships will bring, and communicating future updates relating to DA and our growing portfolio.”
